Tribute to Colin Jerwood

Colin's words changed my life for the better, inspired me to become a direct action animal liberation activist. I got to play gigs alongside him and chatted a few times. He had humour and humility alongside the angry stage persona. When I promoted a gig for Conflict he put money from his own pocket in our sab group's collection tin, and checked we had covered all our costs before accepting the money we handed him at the end of the night. This genuine generosity is what I will remember.
