Tribute to Colin Jerwood

Although I never had the chance to meet Colin in person, I heard about him almost every day through my dad, Stoo Meadows. Colin had a profound influence on Dad musically—there’s no question about that. But over the past decade, their connection grew into something far deeper: a rare and remarkable friendship built on brutal honesty, savage humour, unwavering support, and deep mutual respect. Watching their bond grow has been truly special, and I’ll always be grateful to Colin for the pivotal role he played in my dad’s life. Rest in peace, Colin—you’ll be deeply missed.
