Tribute to Colin Jerwood

I met Colin in Dublin when I was 19, for my first punk concert. I accidentally ran into him before the concert and shared a drink with him, he told me about his family, his life, and it was an absolute pleasure to meet him. I've been to every concert in Ireland since then, and he's always remembered me, always come to have a chat. Even remmebered me, name and all when I saw him in rebellion in blackpool, and Belfast. I couldn't make it to their last concert, due to health issues, in Dublin, but he went out of his way to ask my family to see how I was doing, to see if I was alright. He was a lovely soul, I always enjoyed speaking with him and the band, they're always a pleasure to see and speak to. Wholeheartedly destoryed by the news, and he will be wholeheartedly missed among my family. My heart goes out to his family, to Gav, Fran, Fiona and Stuart. May he rest in peace and know how much he means to everyone, to the punk community as a whole. Rest in peace, Colin, you'll be missed by many - Katrina.
